Coriander or DHANYA  دھنیا as it is called in Pakistan is an essential herb that is added to a lot of Pakistani dishes and also used for garnishing. Apart from its sweet, tangy and a slightly citrus flavor, this herb has a number of health benefits to offer. Health Benefits of Coriander

It lowers Blood sugar levels
