Pyaz (Onion) ke bina khana pakane ka tassawur na mukammal hai. Is ka mizaj garam o khushk hota hai. Yeh white aur surkh 2 colors mein paai jati hai. Pyaz (Onion) mein Vitamin B, C, E aur G ke ilawa nishasta protein, namkiyat aur phosphorus hota hain. Onion aankhon kbimari ke liye bhi akseer ka darja rakhti hai. Pyaz (Onion) ka achaar khane se hazma behtar hota hai aur gas nahi banti. Pyaz (Onion) ka juice malne se kharish ko bhi araam milta hai.

4- Garmi ke mausam mein agar onion ki ghaant hath mein ho to Loo nahi lagti.

5- Pyaz (Onion) ko paka kar zakham ya waram par is ka leyp kar diya jae to waram khatm ho jata hai.

6- Kidney, masane mein pathri ho to aadha chitank onion ka pani niharmou pilate rehne se pathri reza reza ho kar nikal jati hai.

7- Hichki ke marz mein piyaz ko cheel kar dho len phir is ke oper khane wala namak chirhak kar mareez ko den, hichkiyan band ho jaengi.

8- Nakseer ki soorat mein onion ka juice aik 2 qatre naak mein tapka den, nakseer band ho jaegi.

9- Sir dard ke liye onion ko achi tarha pees kar ghot len, phir paaon ke talwon par leyp kar den, sir dard khatam ho jaega.
